(Read the whole thing!) So I got this cardigan on a preorder with the moon bunny cardigans. I knew what the wait time would be (though that didn't make it any easier to wait for!). When my cardigan finally arrived, it was the wrong one! :( I tore the bag open a little to see that it was the moon bunny one, not the AC one.
So I immediately contacted the Clammy team and they were quick to respond. Normally they can send a return ship label and pay for it on their end but, because I'm an international customer, they couldn't do that. So instead I had to pay for shipping and the team paid me back what I paid for shipping (find a big business who will do THAT for you instead of just telling you it's your problem). Once the shipping was confirmed (not once it arrived, but once the team had a tracking number), my replacement was in the mail and on its way to me.
Now all of this is on top of the fact that when I placed the initial order, I accidentally selected the wrong size. Clammy Team was quick to respond and make sure that the correct size would be sent to me. The product quality is good, of course, but what amazed me about this particular interaction was how quick and amazing the team behind these products is and continues to be!
